1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, placing an order or using a service, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. You must be legally able to enter into an agreement or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. Services and accounts
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Information supplied during registration and checkout must be accurate and kept up to date.
Service specifications are shown on the relevant product page. Resource availability, templates and software versions may change where required for security or platform operation.
3. Payments and renewals
Services are billed in advance for the selected billing period. Renewal invoices must be paid by the due date to prevent interruption. Prices may change for future billing periods after reasonable notice.
Chargebacks or payment disputes raised without first contacting support may result in suspension while the matter is investigated.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, malware, phishing, spam, unauthorised access, attacks, copyright infringement or content that creates material risk for the network or other customers.
Resource usage must remain within the plan limits and must not negatively affect shared infrastructure. Traffic described as unlimited remains subject to fair use and network protection measures.
5. Data and backups
Included backup features are an additional convenience and are not a substitute for your own independent backups. You remain responsible for maintaining copies of important data.
Raze Hosting cannot guarantee that a backup will always be available, complete or suitable for a particular recovery scenario.
6. Availability and maintenance
Reasonable efforts are made to keep services available. Planned maintenance, emergency work, upstream failures, attacks and events outside reasonable control may cause interruptions.
Support response times and restoration times are targets rather than guarantees unless a separate written service-level agreement applies.
7. Suspension and termination
A service may be suspended for non-payment, security risk, abuse, excessive resource impact or violation of these terms. Immediate action may be taken where necessary to protect customers or infrastructure.
After termination or expiry, service data may be deleted. Export important data before the service ends.
8. Liability
Services are provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raze Hosting is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost revenue or lost data. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the relevant billing period.
